Make the technical status of your website systematically visible.

A website can look good and still technically reach its limits. Unnecessary data load, inappropriate settings, contradictory system configurations, outdated extensions or unfavorable dependencies often remain invisible in everyday life for a long time – until functions, mobile use or charging behavior suffer noticeably. The site depth analysis brings clarity. Your WordPress website will be comprehensively assessed with AI-powered technology testing and human experience. The result is not an uncommented automatism or a hodgepodge of technical terms, but an understandable report with clear priorities.

You get a sound decision basis – before you invest time and money in the wrong places.

That is what it is all about

Make technology visible. Making decisions easier

Many technical problems remain in the background: a website loads more than it should. A plugin has side effects. A caching setting does not fit the technique used. External services increase dependencies. Or the mobile display works, but costs unnecessary time and data volume. The site depth analysis looks at your WordPress site as a whole. It shows which points are relevant, where actual action is needed and which topics should only be observed. Not every finding is a mistake. And not every theoretically possible optimization makes sense for your website. Decisive are impact, risk, effort and the question of whether a change would be stable and comprehensible implementable.

What is being examined?

A look at what is technically important

The specific scope depends on your website. In the clearly defined standard case, the following areas are considered in particular:

Test range Object of analysis
Performance and Mobile Charging behaviour, visible brakes, media delivery, caching instructions, data volume, mobile use and technical stability.
WordPress technology Interaction of WordPress, theme, page builder, plugins and existing technical settings.
Technical delivery and indexation basis Control of indexability, sitemaps, redirects, canonicals and structured system instructions, where technically available.
Usability and technical accessibility Visible mobile hurdles, navigation, interaction, structural and contrast indications as well as striking external integrations.
Safety and maintainability Recognizable configuration risks, technical complexity, update/backup hints and approaches for a more stable website.
Hosting – if possible Public server and delivery data as well as, in the case of explicitly approved access, technically relevant hosting information.

The analysis is consistently technically oriented. A stable, clean and well-delivered website can have an indirect positive impact on discoverability, use and trust. However, it is not an SEO or GEO package and does not promise rankings. Content anomalies such as headings, page titles, alt texts, internal links or content gaps are documented as an indication at best; editorial revision is not part of this offer.

Hosting in view – as far as it makes sense and is possible

Not every cause is in WordPress

Some performance or stability topics do not arise on the website itself, but in conjunction with hosting. Therefore, publicly recognizable information about server response, delivery and intermediate storage is included in the evaluation. If a suitable and expressly approved access is available, technically relevant hosting settings can also be included in the assessment. However, this does not mean that the hosting contract, email accounts, DNS settings or the entire server management will automatically become part of the analysis.

Hosting is included where it is necessary, accessible and responsible for the agreed goal. Which information or accesses are useful is personally agreed before the beginning.
Their results

Not alarmism, but a clear roadmap.

After completion, you will receive an understandably structured analysis report. It not only lists technical findings, but also classifies them.

Priority Significance
Check or solve in time Points with recognizable relevance for function, visibility, security or user experience.
Optimize meaningfully Measures with a good balance of impact, effort and risk.
Observation Anomalies without acute pressure to act or topics that should first be kept in mind.
Decide separately Points relating to content, law, hosting, external service providers, individual development or another area of expertise.

Finally, the most important findings are discussed personally. So the report does not remain a PDF that disappears into a shelf, but becomes the practical basis for your next decisions.

For whom does the in-depth website analysis fit?

The right starting point for existing WordPress websites

After completion, you will receive an understandably structured analysis report. It not only lists technical findings, but also classifies them.

The analysis is particularly suitable for companies, self-employed and organizations that want to better understand their existing WordPress website technically. It makes sense if a website has grown, several service providers have worked on it, the loading time is not convinced or simply lacks clarity about the technical condition. The standard scope is intended for a website with up to 25 pages, one language and a manageable technical structure. Shops, booking routes, member areas, complex interfaces, multiple language versions or many central third-party integrations can of course also be checked. However, they are classified in advance as an extended scope.

This is how cooperation begins

Clearly coordinated | Personally accompanied

Before the start, the goal, website scope, critical functions and the existing data are briefly discussed. Only then will it be determined which access is required and whether your website fits the standard scope. The analysis is then concentrated in the background. A personal discussion of results is part of this. It explains the main findings, meaningful priorities and possible next steps. You do not have to watch live and do not accompany any technical details in the ongoing process. Cooperation remains personal, but efficient.

What the site depth analysis does not include

Clear boundaries create good results

The website Deep Analysis is a technical testing and consulting service. It does not include any technical changes to your website. Likewise, the following services are not part of the standard offer:

Not included What happens instead
Revise text, headlines and content Content anomalies are documented in the report as a recommendation.
Re-create images, videos or design Creative and production services can be requested separately.
Ongoing maintenance or support There is no update subscription, no monitoring and no emergency preparedness.
Legal, data protection or promotional advice Technical notes may be named; binding technical assessment shall be carried out by the competent bodies.
Peplus VATration test or safety certification Visible technical risks can be classified, but a complete safety assessment is a separate specialty.
Guaranteed Google positions or metrics Technical requirements are evaluated, no rankings, sales or concrete scores are promised.
AI, data protection and sensitive systems

Working transparently – with the necessary sense of proportion

The Deep Analysis website uses selected AI-based tools to support technical testing, documentation and evaluation. Responsibility for evaluation, prioritization and communication remains human. Depending on the agreed scope, technically necessary content of your website or technically relevant areas of the administration can be included. Access is limited to the necessary extent. Where possible, personal and temporary access is used. For public and data-poor WordPress websites, this process is well suited. For backend areas with personal data, access, data minimisation and the necessary organizational requirements are checked before the beginning.

Particularly sensitive systems are not a standard case. In the case of health, financial, personnel, payment or comparable sensitive data, it is personally clarified before commissioning whether a data-saving and technically suitable working environment is possible. Only then will it be decided whether and within what framework the analysis can be carried out responsibly.

A in-depth website analysis does not replace a data protection consultancy or a legal audit. The specific processing and the external services used are made transparent in the agreed framework before the start of the project.

Frequent questions

Will my website be changed in depth analysis?

No. The site depth analysis is an analysis with report and personal meeting. Changes only occur if a separate optimization order is subsequently agreed.

Do you need WordPress access?

Not necessarily. Many technical points can already be publicly assessed. For a more informed classification of WordPress and configuration topics, a time-limited AI administration access makes sense.

Is the hosting also checked?

As far as hosting information is publicly recognizable or accessible to the agreed extent, it is included in the evaluation. Comprehensive server, email or DNS administration is not automatically part of the analysis.

How long does the analysis take?

After full clarification of scope and access, the usual project period for a standard case is about three to five working days.

What does the in-depth website analysis cost?

For a clearly defined WordPress standard case up to 25 pages, the in-depth website analysis is 390 € plus VAT. In the case of a larger scope, multiple languages, complex functions or special data protection requirements, a suitable individual offer is created before the beginning.
